Buying Cotrieve

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Checkout asks for your email. Sign in to Cotrieve with that email, with Google or an email link, and your plan is there

When does the free trial start?

When you first sign in to Cotrieve. You get every feature for 7 days, with no card. Your Mac reminds you two days before it ends

How do the plans differ?

Monthly and yearly are the same Pro, billed differently, and you can switch between them any time. Lifetime is Pro, paid once

Can I move my plan to another Mac?

Yes. Sign in to Cotrieve on the new Mac and choose Move It Here. The old Mac stops using it

What happens when a subscription ends?

Cotrieve keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, plus a week's grace. After that it can't connect to your iPhone until you renew. Your recordings and settings stay on your Mac

How do I cancel or get a receipt?

Open your account on this site, or Settings › Account in Cotrieve, and choose Manage Billing. For anything else, write to hello@noahgeneralgroup.com
